Class takes the form of consistent training, where two or more techniques are taught per class. We focus on the methods themselves to provide students with tools and flexibility to apply as they see fit.

Training is about learning how to make choices with human behavior instead of being a slave to habit or environment. How to control and express movement, emotion, and speech is more important than any assumption about what "acting" is or is supposed to be. Whoever you are, come and try it. You have nothing to lose.
